same...i poured a nice glass of aged rum on ice, opened that beauty, and any worry about money or lug size, boxy shape just wasn't there.

It looked better than expected, felt better than expected and I was long over the money so that wasn't even a factor yesterday.

That's great. Now enjoy the vastly improved bracelet, clasp, and loom!

Hey 2 more responses and I'll hit 100 comments ....not too shabby

Which is actually really interesting
because when I told my wife yesterday I had like 100 comments in this forum about people congratulating me She looked at me like I just told her I
just came back from the moon
"Why would 100 people care you bought a watch? "

Note to self: not everybody gets it

114060. Everything about this watch is pure symmetry, even the reference name is cool.
Super congrats.

You can tell your wifey that your new watches are the mid life crisis equal to a red Ferrari but cost 100k less. My GF just shakes her head and rolls her eyes...
It's good to be a WIS with great company to boot!!

Epilogue:
Wore the watch out for the first time tonight.

My fundraiser turned out to be a really nice surprise party that my lovely wife threw.

Funny....only my son spotted it. And I didn't think he cared about such things. But he eyed it early on.

This was a fun thread and a fun adventure

Thanks guys
