I was just ad my AD over the weekend and he showed me the price list for all the new models. The US price looks to be $8950 (or $8995) or thereabouts....$89xx something. :)
They just put their orders through and will be calling me when they get one...great looking piece. EDIT: Wow - I should read the whole thread next time. lol. Answered a couple pages back! I was too excited I guess. |

Looks very frosty. Aren't the colours representative of day and night? Probably work well in Alaska.

The "coke" and "Pepsi" versions have been copied by so many other watch makers it's hard to tell if the ones I see are Rolex or some knock off. From what I've read the Day Night black and blue is heavily copyrighted and the only place you should be able to get that combo is on a Rolex. I like it. I wish the GMT hand was larger though.

What's freaking me out is the blue looks more purple to me, especially in the video. I hope it doesn't look like this in person. I too am wanting to like it, just don't know yet.

New GMT hits the UK.......
Definitely have to see it in person. Never owned a GMT and the Coke is on my agenda first. But the new GMT looks interesting and perhaps could be a perfect and nice treat for this coming xmas :-) Let's see.

GMT IIc Bezel swap?
I know the factory and AD's won't, or can't, sell and/or swap a current bezel for the new Basel 2013 Blk/Blue, but will anyone?

I'm not sure you would want to: the Blk/Blue GMT bezel would look pretty bad with the green GMT hand and green "GMT MASTER II" text of the 116710, IMO.
