I also love his 4some, they are awesome, didn't know until today that it's Gerald Genta who designed the Patek Nautilus model, the Ap and PP together really rock

You prove that sometimes a very well done and well chosen 4 piece collection can be really great and all that you really need, ok we have to face it we're watch addicts so you always need a little more, I just ordered my Hulk today and am already thinking about the new one, and you know what? I am hesitating between a Nautilus and a Royal Oak Which one would you suggest between the 2?

Sorry about that on the pic it looks like dark grey almost black. Anyways it's like my pam 82, on the pics it looks like the tobacco dial from the 36, exactly the same watch except my 82 is also blue

Meh PP dials are like that , their blues are either like a black blue ( dark dark navyish ?) Or greyish blue

Thanks Kyu, very kind of you Yes called him this morning and asked him to get me one, he's usually quick, so I guess maybe after the weekend it should be here.

And don't worry about the BLNR, I'm sure you'll get one very soon, don't hesitate, I didn't like Rolex GMT's but just love this one.

Not sure if it can be called a collection yet! Maybe a pairing.
Hope to see a BLNR and SS Daytona (white dial) joining the party soon not sure in what order yet.

Great pair. I'd get the BLNR first to have a piece with the date, then the Daytona IMO. That would be my ideal Rolex foursome. Love the GV

Great pictures everyone. Here's my collection so far - trying to keep it within a box:)

Thinking of a TT bluesy sub as the next piece and maybe a dressier watch which I would sell the DJII for.

Thanks

I flipped a 116610LN for my 114060 as I prefer the cleaner looking dial, to be honest i'm one of the few who prefer dateless watches. The BLNR maybe the exception as it has really got my attention and would fit in the travel watch slot very nicely.

The Daytona is an odd one! I first wanted one because to me alongside the Sub it is the iconic Rolex and all hype of it being hard to get, this quickly subsided and it dropped down my wish list however lately its sparked my interest again but still find it a little dated against most of the current Rolex lineup, and the nicer looking WG models are out of my reach
