Older attorney here. Clients do notice what you wear. Assume your clients, opponents, judges, juries notice everything. It will serve you well over the course of your career.

I vote Datejust because I use the date feature on my watches. If you do not, I vote fully lumed Explorer -- simple, elegant and sporty.

As a lawyer I would assume you would wish to look professional at all times.
If that is the case, the only Rolex watch for you would be the 214270 Explorer 39mm.
