PM is not only in the look but in the feel and the heft .Hope to own one one day .Must admit the choice would be difficult ,there are so many references of excellence ...

YG Blue Sub
YG DD 40 with champagne Romans
WG DD40 Blue dial
WG BLRO
WG DD40 olive green dial (very interesting !)
RG Sky-D chocolate dial
Daytona Nespresso ..what else !!
Plat DD 40 ice blue

Which one ?? Tough choice !!

Money no object ?? ...then Daytona Nespresso ,even though I am not the biggest Daytona fan ,that design is something else not what else
..Platinum/ice blue and brown is a winner .

No I bought it a few year back. In '72 I was in school working on my first degree and at that time living in a $90/month cold water flat. I have parted with it trading it in towards my Daytona!!! No more gold in the collection!!!

Merry Christmas, all!

I'm blessed to have (1) vintage, ca. 1977 1803 I bought in Malta a few years ago. The Italian day dial was the deal-closer. Though it doesn't have the PM heft of a modern PM Rolex, I love its beauty and classic style.

(2) 116509 WG. Stunning dial and wonderful heft. My daily these days.

Bought while in UK, Kingston upon Thames Nov this year while bumming around Fraser Hart at The Bentall Centre. Best part is I got my VAT back, $5600 it was excellent, like hitting triple diamonds at the casino, all I had to do was show the watch to customs at the airport and they gave me 56 new C notes, no custom's question at all, unlike I expected. to the UK and Fraser Hart for filling out the paperwork. It was much cheaper than I could have bought it in the US. Man I loved that area, people always walking around, singing in the streets, EXCELLENT!!!
