I’m probably in the minority here & never really use it but absolutely love wearing it, I just wished I was into these SS sport models years ago when I first got into watches.

I travel a lot so yes. Also when in military rehearsals, I use it to track UTC ”Zulu time”.

Yes. I do.
I'm American and have lived abroad for the last 4 years, and travel constantly. My business is based in the US, so the GMT hand is invaluable and I use it nearly every day. This is also the reason my other watches don't get much wrist time. |

I don´t, because I don´t travel that much to other time zones. I do love the GMT function and the look of a GMT watch however. Thumbs up!

Do you honestly expect some schmuck to come on here and reply - "no I don't use GMT feature, I just bought it and overpayed double MSRP+ for the hype because I want to be cool for my Instagram friends and FOMO while YOLO"

Yes. I find the GMT function useful.
I haven’t found a need to use the stopwatch on my Daytona yet though |

Absolutely, both traveling and not. My GMT hand is always set to UTC, so I can easily check time anywhere provided I know the offset. When traveling, bezel is set to home time (or hometown time, when it's a long holiday), hour hand set to local time. Otherwise, since I'm a student, who lives away from hometown, I set the bezel to hometown time and the hour hand to home time. That way I always know the time where my family is.

Invaluable. ✌️ I travel a lot, close to 250k miles this year, mostly West coast to East but many international flights. It’s perfect for diving and beach
I rarely use the 3x zone option but the 2x option is the best. The most useful ROLEX for me and love the Grand Seiko GMT as well. 116710 16710A/LN SBGJ001 White Radial Dial Great for grilling too

I no longer travel as much as I used to. So no, I don't use the GMT function that much. But I still love the watch.

Yes. I travel constantly for work and use my BLNR GMT functionality all the time. Even when I dont travel its tracking multiple timezones as I'll have meetings with our different facilities around the world. If I'm wearing it it's tracking different zones. I use it more than my DaytonaC chrono function and my timing bezels on the SubC / BBN / Tudor Sub combined.

Bought my GMT as a travel watch and it's perfect for that. Love the jumping hour hand and it's nice to have the 24 hour hand set to your home time to you can instantly know what time it is back home. As for the rotaing bezel - I have never used it for anything other than timing. I really don't see the point of it unless I guess you want to track a third time zone.

Every single day to know what time it is in Europe before I call someone or schedule a meeting.
If I'm wearing my chronograph I use it every day I'm wearing it for some function or another in the kitchen. I doubt I would buy a watch if it had functions that were useless to me. I guess that's why I don't own a moon phase. I don't surf. |

I use the GMT Hand/Jumping hour hand but I have never used the GMT bezel for tracking a third time zone. I use the GMT bezel as a timer, each number/circle is 2.5 minutes.

Absolutely! I use it weekly when traveling across time zones. It's the primary purpose for buying my BLNR. While I occasionally wear it while not traveling, that's the exception not the rule.
A better question may be to ask who wears their GMT when NOT traveling? |

Everytime. GMT hand set to UTC time and main hour hand to local time. Comes handy all the time.

I have my GMT hand set to Arizona time (no daylight savings there) because I'm always unsure if we're (Texas) 2 hours ahead or 1 hour ahead depending on the time of year. I have extended family in Phoenix and I enjoy thinking of them when I look at my GMT hand...and finally being sure what time it is there. I use it traveling other places but that's not very often. Cheers.

When home I set my GMT hand to Italian time (I have family there and communicate with them often).

I use my GMT Master II to reference Germany/Poland a lot for work. I just turn the bezel to +9 and I'm good.
When I travel, I go opposite: return it to home time (PST) and jump the hour to my local time. Most useful complication for me. A lot of people think the timing bezel on a dive watch is more useful, but for me, I usually have good intentions and set the bezel but forget I'm timing something until I'm minutes past when I wanted it. My iphone countdown timer works better for that purpose... |

I travel approx 3 times per year and I use it every time I travel to see the time at home regularly.
And my wife recently was on a business trip for 2 weeks (3 different time zones). I would set my GMT to each time zone she was in and it was great to be able to glance at my wrist to quickly see her time. I could send her a text message or face time call and understand if she would be in a meeting or sleeping or might be available. Very nice to have this at a quick glance at my wrist.

While I love the fact that our watches are designed for a purpose I don't use my GMT or Sub for theirs. I just like they way they look and their durability.

I think the GMT is the most useful Rolex complication, aside from the Skydweller perhaps.
Not only do I use the 24 hour hand when traveling, I think the most underrated feature is the ability to change the hour hand without hacking the movement. The OCD side of me loves being able to change time zone without resetting the watch to the second each time. |
