It was offered to me at a discount 3 or 4 years ago. I regretted that day. Watch was in my hands.

It's an AMAZING watch. The hefty bracelet is so well balanced. It feels more like a weighted blanket of comfort and absolutely not a burden at all.

Kate Upton calls and says she wants you. You are happily married. Are you crazy if you turn her down? It all depends on who you listen to.

Bottom line is that this is a shit load of money and if it means anything to your lifestyle to spend that much I wouldn't. If it's just shifting assets from one investment to the other and you love the watch....by all means.

But it comes down to desire balanced against cost.

Congratz OP. Probably the only Daytona I really like other than the rainbow.

Watch world is crazy, no one paid more than 60ish back then. Sheesh

I love all of the comments, both supportive and reluctant. Spending 75k on a watch is something I thought I'd never do no matter what I could afford, but this model really sings to me. We're all going to be dead soon, and if I can enjoy something I really admire without negatively impacting my family, I just can't pass it up. And, the value proposition seems very favorable if an emergency situation ever arose, but who knows how long that value retention will continue. Thanks again for all the advice and well wishes. Great community on here!
