I like Roman. His story about being an immigrant and attaining success is very admirable. I have a lot of respect for him.

Here’s my take on watch videos, and if any one is listening:
Please show the watch, not your bearded face, geez. I do get a kick out of putting model numbers into the search and watching foreign language videos for odd models. There are some good Patek reviews for models like a 5196g or 5712/1a that are fun to watch even if I don’t understand them. I just want to see good photography of nice watches on a big tv screen |

I liked Timepiece Gentleman when it first came out. It was really interesting to get insight into how grey dealers operate. Unfortunately, the latest episodes haven’t had much to add to this insight. It’s just more of the same with a lot of fluff. As an example, a recent episode spent several minutes showing him shopping for a printer. For me the show has run its course.

The fact that he was a criminal 2018 I would not want him handing my watches. I think if Roman did a behind the scenes that would be the best!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Tim Mosso. Like yeah he works for a reseller hence has an agenda but his knowledge his incredible. Passionate too. And great communicator. Kind of wasted at watchbox I think.

Timepiece Gentlmen is by far my fave.
Roman makes great content, regularly and is an honest dude Hafiz is super pompous and full of himself. As an Aussie, he is an absolute cock of a bloke on the local FB groups as well. Pity, he shoots a great video, wish there was a way to filter out his voice. |

Jokes aside, here are my top YT channels: 1. Roman Scharf 2. Timepiece Gentleman 3. Jenni Elle (mostly love her for her accent) 4. Hafiz J Mehmood 5. David Khalil 6. Paul Thorpe (though he is kind of getting on my nerves now) |

Their show is great entertainment but it's usually always newish watches being flipped, I'd like to see a few more vintage coming through the shop |

Anyone catch this new YouTube series put out by Trotters called “the penthouse”? They’re trying to rip off Timepiece Gentleman’s format, but man I find it unwatchable. Literally everything about it is horrible IMO - the editing, the direction, the watches, the personalities, the storylines.
Curious to know what you guys think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Big fan of Roman Sharf. Been watching him for a couple years now. Knows his watches, but I would say he's not a rolex youtuber. He's a watch youtuber, he is very knowledgable. The Timepiece Gentleman is a good "show". It's a good weekly show to watch that is entertaining, showing the world of a watch dealer. I've been hooked on the show, watching over the past few weeks. I would say Roman Sharf is my main go to watch youtuber. For as much as I like Rolex, if you seen one video, you've seen them all. Roman shows a variety of watches. |

I always like the soothing, polished delivery of Watchfinder UK. I don't mind Adrian from B&J, Jenni Elle, and Tim Mosso always gives a good, if slightly frantic, review of things albeit with a slant of trying to sell what he's reviewing! (That said I do get a bit fed up of him telling us every single time that he prefers a divers bezel to use as "an impromptu timer" rather than a chronograph... unless he's trying to sell a chronograph of course!).
To be honest though I'm happy watching pretty much any review of watches. (There's a few I can't stand, but won't mention who just in case they're members here!) |

Yikes. Really?! Anthony had a substance abuse problem that many people in this world also struggle with and he has refocused his life. Really small-minded of you to choose not to do business with someone just for this fact. |

I used to enjoy Talking Hands from the Prodigal Guide but they finished a few years ago. Can stand Paul Pluta
