Another baseball analogy - swing and a miss! They need a new R&D head.

Although the aggressive pricing remains a positive.

Though it does have a very 70’s vibe to it…..

And I like the “T-fit” well enough

The MAIN highlight of the new release: TUDOR «T-fit» clasp with rapid adjustment
This will resolve all the existing sizing issues

The adjustable clasp and the expansion of the 58 line is nothing short of GREAT news. Looking forward to a 58 with a date or GMT!

Such a surprise reference. The existing bronze models have PVD casebacks but how are they dealing with the reactive properties of bronze on skin given that the bracelet is also bronze? They're still pushing out bronze dials, but I don't think it will trend.

The T-fit clasp video on Tudor's website certainly advertises the slickness of its adjustability. If it works as well as it's shown then it has massive appeal.

OK. The clasp is the winner for me. Now sell it so it can be retrofitted to existing bracelets. I like the new watch but I think with wear it would turn your wrist dark from the reaction with the metal. We will see. Not a miss but still not a Submariner or an updated Heritage Chrono.

Tudor "Boutique Edition"

I think it looks cool, especially the 3-6-9 dial. The bronze, bezel, and dial colour have a very hefty 70's vibe to it.

When you compare it to the black bay bronze which is 43mm and not on a bracket for 3110£ this looks incredible value for money for an extra few hundred and with the new t bar

As I said on the other thread about this piece, I think it's great looking as I love the Explorer dial (and the clasp is a triumph that will hopefully make it's way into the steel models).

Just not sure about the potential green wrist from the all bronze bracelet. Oh and patina just isn't my thing, so as good as it looks it's a no-go for me unfortunately, because I really DO like it.

Looks awesome imo. And LOVE the bracelet adjustment feature. Can’t wait for that to make its way to the stainless models.

Would have bet the farm that it was another Black Bay. Come on Tudor, give the market place something different. Enough with the retro inspired everything.

I have to say, while I love the look of this in the "raw" bronze, I'm left somewhat cold at the prospect of what it will look like when everything (including the bracelet) is highly patinated. Look at the watch in this link...

https://fifthwrist.com/tudor-black-bay-bronze-review/

...and then imagine the full bracelet looking like that as well.

Not for me.

Good point
It is a good point but still, what about the North Flag and Ranger? Both of those lines could have been more successful with updates. It would have been great to see a North Flag with a 9 numeral instead of the power reserve, maybe different colors besides yellow. The Ranger could have used a size decrease and really little else. Maybe a bracelet with fitted end links instead of the straight one it has.

Tudor discontinued these two without even a small update. Yet the Black Bay line gets multiple sizes, colors, materials, special editions, boutique editions, etc. If given the chance the other lines could have diversified Tudor more. Maybe these watches aren't gone forever and will return. I hope they do.
