I also ordered 3 new straps for the 5270 - Bottle green, orange (not sure the color name - coral maybe?) and light grey - all in shiny square gator.

Very happy about the trip - the big surprise for me was how I really enjoy the dressed watch more then the sport watch. the last 24h I didn't wear the nautilus once and don't want to take off the 5270.
you are just confirming my opinion, i thought that the 5270J would be a great watch to add to my collection. my rationale was i looked at previous PP PCC (3970 and 5970) and i realized that YG was the color that aged the best.
it is targeted s my next purchase (fingers crossed they don't discontinue it)
and i hope you enjoy wearing your watches in good health

Absolutely- I can remember previous generations wearing similar style watches all on yellow gold.

The salmon dial would need to be an addition to an extensive collection for me and not the one pcc - it’s a classic for me

I also personally prefer the warm metals more yellow/rose vs steel/platinum
