312 for sure.. if the cash wont be a problem i would still go for a 312.
A Panerai for me gotta be clean and simple. If i need 10 days PR and GMT ect... I would go for JLC, AP or other makers. 312 would win with 312 votes against... guess the rest :D

Both excellent watches but the 233 with the 8 days manual wind mvt and domed crystal cant be beat! For the money the 312 is a great buy....

312 for me. I love the simplicity of the dial, I love the "9" and I think that 233 dial is too busy. Having said that, I have to note that a more fair comparison would have been 320 vs 233 as both are GMTs, but even in that case I would vote for 320.
