It would also prevent honorable members from using a VPN, for their own personally security, as it wouldnt line up with their country of residence

That is a bad photoshop too. But the email references would have stopped me right there. If I dont know the references or at worst, can’t speak to them, deal isn’t happening. Then the address, his phone number, etc. Buy the seller.

cpzorro25 email has shown up again. a poster under max66 on TRF is currently selling a new Pepsi. he gave me this email as a reference. he supposedly bought a hulk from him. Cpzorro responded and when i asked him to show me the watch he bought and to facetime and he ended up ghosting me. i believe cpzorro25 is davidand now max66 on trf. i am new to the forum boards but i caught it from getting scammed . I would like to report max66. how do i go about doing this before someone gets scammed

From what the banks tell me, once sent, it is gone. Only wire to a known individual or a legitimate brick and mortar business. No matter how good the deal looks never wire to a private seller.

The first statement is true. I disagree with the second statement, I've bought and sold watches to/from private sellers and paid/received payment via wire and never had an issue.

It's called being thorough.
