Titanium, billet aluminum, carbon fiber, and some stainless steel.

Everything, except the 16600, is hand made.

Borealis fatbike stearing section

This is my new Borealis carbon fat bike for trail and beach riding. Heading out on a Cane Creek 40 headset, Syntace F109 stem gripping an Easton EC70 hi riser bar, grips Ergon GE1 and Sram shifter and XT brake system (Bluto fork over Bud and Lou tires on DTswiss rims), all custom by Lou at Briarcliff Bike works, btw. All of this crowned by a GMTc LN, my fav, so i can check in with my family in Europe in time...(and yeah, it's safe to wear a SS Rolex sweating on the beach, it's a sport watch, right!!)

Beautiful! Another rider.

Full XTR Ti Litespeed Suwanee, Avid CF disks, Thompson stem and seat post, Chris King headset and hubs, Stans ZTR no tubes rims, ti eggbeaters, and I'm sure I forgot a few things.

Love the handlebar/bike pics!

S-Works Stumpjumper FSR
- XX1 drive train, XTR brakes, carbon wheels
- 23.6 lbs with dropper post and pedals
- The Brain really works

Wilier Cento Uno
- Full Record
- Should probably upgrade the wheels
- 16.0 lbs with pedals.

Got my first mtn bike 30 years ago--amazing how they've evolved!
Much prefer mtn biking. The road bike is for social rides and when I can't get onto single track.

LOL...yes, roadie social rides...I know what you speak of...

My first was a TREK 5500 XT/XTR w/Shimano 747s back in the late 80s. Give me a single track any day of the week.

The evolution has been amazing. The irony, my favorite/main ride is my rigid Lynskey Pro 29er SS -- no gears or suspension to "tune".
