I unfortunately can’t find any info on the new Divine other than what is on FPJs site. Looks like same caliber but this would make for a pretty major departure from the screw inset dial on the line.

Any more info or pricing in pt?

The Astronomic is S$1.5m here...

It’s definitely a coveted piece. In true Journe fashion the dial side is beautifully executed aesthetically speaking and I love how the piece elevates the octo movement to the stratosphere.

And here is my new MOP. Very happy with my initial rejection of Havana twice. Patience paid off. Subtle and elegant.

Best of luck on both ends.
Excited to try it when it shows at boutique.

Plan for a CTS2 since you already have two of the LineSports? May as well complete the collection.

Yes it’s been my priority since landing the CMS to complete the trio. Sadly none allocated to US for 2023.

Is it because no titanium coming to the US? I am working on a CMS Ti for 2024 and according to the boutique, it will be possible. So maybe your CTS will come in 2024.

I was told by Pierre there are no CMS or CTS2 for North America 2023. Take it for what it’s worth. Not sure if he meant Ti because that was the context of the conversation or across all models.

That makes sense. Hopefully 2024 is okay since the boutique said that the CMS should be doable for 2024.

FP Journe Appreciation Thread, an Evolution.

Just saw a reel of FP talking through the FFC and he said it was a crazy week. They put a price on the FFC that was not reasonable and yet received 60 orders, which they will not be able to fulfill for a watch like this but they will be handled on a first come first served basis haha

Congrats! May I ask if you are able to refer new customers to FPJ? I have been collecting Patek but have not found anyway to gain entry into FPJ unfortunately.

The best way is probably to visit and introduce yourself to the staff at the boutique. I was told they cannot allocate pieces to new customer without knowing you better.

Now that makes sense. I have been making a few calls recently to some independents and many have waiting lists that stretch all the way to 2027 and most are not willing to accept new orders anymore. I noted there are serious players at that level (some based in the US) who have earlier access to new releases before official announcements, and these are people who placed orders before handling prototypes, regardless of pricing. This is a glorious time for independent watchmakers.

Yes. Most pieces which are going to be sought after seems to be discussed way before they were even hinted at being released. By the time it is announced, it is already fully allocated.

For FFC, I think it was being discussed many months ago.

With 60 applications in a week and only single digits made per year, this can be a very long wait for anyone who got on late.
