Got a Steinhart as a birthday gift earlier this month. I immediately took the bracelet off and ordered some straps:

Dan, you and the Nation are a great inspiration to go wild with straps!

All!

HUGE CONGRATS!
I saw your BC strap on the WRUW thread in the Rolex general discussion.

WOW, the THC looks spectacular. I'm going to have to try one out myself after seeing and reading about these magnificent straps.

Do you guys swap out the stars yourselves? I've seen Everest sell the tools to do it.

The Nato is actually an extremely light blue colour. Almost white looking but definitely has a tinge of baby blue to it. No worries on getting it dirty!

I love the speedy, nothing blah about that combo!

Me the other day at work, making the rounds in the plant, with the monster tucked under my coveralls.

I swap out the straps myself. Only needed to take the bracelet off the first time on my "nato" specific watches. Never worn the bracelets since. Strictly straps!

I bought a $6 watch repair kit off of Amazon, that's literally got everything I need to do all of my minor repairs/adjustments on my watches.

Been wearing the watch on the black strap, but I was given a couple of Bonds for Christmas. Left to right, I see them as Connery, Connery and Craig.
Bizarrely, to my eyes, the 'stripey Connery' makes the watch look a bit vintage and understated, whereas the Craig makes it feel a bit 'lairy and obvious' (but I do like it!)
That said, after the black strap, my eyes haven't adjusted to either of the stripey Bonds yet!
