Yes I know you're in trois rivieres, looks about 50miles from Montreal. Was just doing it roughly

I think Bill is in Rhode Island, but stupid computer wouldn't select that, so just done New York. Think temp bout the same.

Yep didn't realize it was that cold in your neck of the woods, now I know what you were going on about the tyres.

Better to do Boston. Closer to Providence, RI than New York.

...You should have seen my car this morning!

I went to school late because I spent about 20 minutes trying to get the more or less 5mm (if not more than that...) thick ice coat off my car. Believe it or not, it is very thick when you know you have to take it off. I broke two ice scrapers in the process!
Hey Carl!! Did you try putting full heat on your front and rear windows , while running the car for....ten minutes? ( that should de- glaze your car!)
I know, its not very environmentally friendly....but it works

No worries Wes, I didn't mean to come out as a smart head but rather to let you know that I was really surprised by the temperature's differences between the two cities! Trois-Rivières being much closer to water, it is more humid and therefore the cold doesn't affect you the same way Montreal's does with the wind (for the first time in several years cold cut my hands...it gives you an idea! ).

The comparison is very interesting, it is nice to see how everybody is doing right now weather wise!

I did Michelle but with the thickness of that ice it took a rather long time before I could start scraping big chunks off...

Perhaps I should take pictures of what I took off tomorrow, it's most probably still on the ground around my car!

Funny enough, it did look like this!

...A tad less icy, of course, but my car was indeed all frozen like this one!

I thought about that indeed but thought the water might just freeze by the time I reach my car!

In all seriousness, I'd like to find myself a rather large piece of cardboard to leave it on my dash during nights when this is supposed to happen, it's much easier to take it off the next day!

Frozen kitty is funny!

Wes, I like the weather report. We gripe about the weather in Oklahoma, but it's pretty mild compared to where some of you (okay, most of you!) live. Art and Karis excepted!

I'll have a sip of Bailey's in your honor - and send warm wishes your way.
