I would say cotton, Lisa. It's her bag to go to parks and so forth when she doesn't want to take the good stuff. It has held up well. The baby had very nice and interesting hair berets when growing up that were from Peru. Some where like very little hats, maybe 2inches round. Very colorful. They were very different and brought a lot of comments. I wish we still had them.

Yep had milk in it. Was a few hours ago, used a whole kitchen roll moping it up. See where from the underside, still damp, but thankfully not the top.

Think because it is a shaggy deep pile, just been sucked in or something. My older normal carpet type would of stained.

Says made of 100% polypropylene heatset, is this like the finest rug type material.

I don't think white GSD's are really "natural", like the white Dobermann I think they are rather bred for the looks. I know Dobermann's with white skin are usually the result of many years of inbreeding and I'm pretty sure they are full of problems (that is, at least, what I've heard from an owner who read a lot on the subject), I'll have to see if it's the same with this breed.

Keep in mind that German Shepherd dogs are quite loud and excited when they're puppies Lisa, provided that the owner raises them properly this issue should stop rather shortly one they reach adolescence or adulthood but if not then she may become as annoyed as you are! You said they were rather young, could you guess their aproximate age? Are they still less than a year old?

You're probably right about the dogs calming down when they get older, Carl. Yes, they're both not even full grown yet. Maybe 6 months old? In fact, they just recently went from puppy-like whimper/whining to full blown barking - I guess their voices have changed.

German Shepherds are smart so I bet they'll grow out of it with a little guidance.

Your comments on the white Shepherds reminded me of some obscure trivia.... J and Michelle will know who I'm talking about.... '50s fitness guru Jack LaLanne had a white German Shepherd, who sometimes appeared on his TV show.

Does anyone remember the dog's name?

Pretty young indeed, therefore they can still grow up and become much calmer in the next months, I just hope this person knows how to deal with them because GSD's, however good dogs they are (and boy do I love them), can be quite a pain if you don't know how to take proper care of them.

...Now what's the name of Jack's dog?

Wes, my dear friend, we've been teasing each other for a very long time in this thread as well as in the other sections of this forum. Now that we're getting close to Christmas, I want you to know that I think you are truly a gentleman and a great bloke (as you guys say over the pond).

This one is for you mate, I always imagine us dancing like jolly good friends whenever I listen to this song...it always bring tears to my eyes...it's so deep...so meaningful...

Merry Christmas my friend! Keep up the good sense of humor!

Haha, Carl! My kids love that video. They had not heard the original version nor had they heard of Four Non-Blondes. So I made them watch it but they were pretty bored. Sheesh, whose kids are these?!

I LOVE Linda Perry's voice. Such power!

I must admit I had to look for that singer on Youtube as I didn't know the original song either. To my defense, I have to say she does have a beautiful voice indeed!

The other video is one my brother showed me quite a while ago, it's rather absurd and stupid but I found it funny...

I'm really touched Carl, I couldn't of met a nicer bloke online, er.. not that I normally go meeting blokes online.

Love the banter we have, and really wish you a great christmas and new year.

Absolutely loved that vid you posted, never seen it before. And I'll be more than happy to go out dancing with you.

In fact everyone, I have managed to find some genuine footage of Carl when he was toddler. This is where he honed his dancing skills listening to the fresh prince.

It must be pretty good stuff because there is no sign of any stain. Bet it will be all dry by morning and all will be good as new. And your cup probably didn't even break because the rug protected it, right?

Yep cup was fine and hopefully no stain. I'm beginning to think it's a magic carpet. You can spill things on it, it protects cups. What else can it do I could fly to work on it.

Yep never heard that acoustic version Carl posted, really good. I must of heard the one you posted a 1000 times over the years.

Linda Perry has also written loads of amazing songs for other artists.
