It was a standard service yes, it was quoted 8-12 weeks. Turned out to be 9 weeks with Patek London Salon.

It has changed its time keeping ever so slightly. But it is literally +0.5 after about 4 weeks. I love these watches so much.

Thanks for the response. That’s great news. Dramatically better than 12-18 months a few years ago. Their service experience was the biggest reason I avoided PP for so long.

I think timings have dramatically improved although I can't speak for the U.S. market (if you are indeed there).

I spoke with a few AD's about timings and they are issued an update from Patek regularly and they look it up on a sheet and every single one said the same thing.

Patek London service were excellent. They actually sent my watch down to the technicians to inspect it. They opened it up on site and ran some measurements and advised me it was running exceptionally well and that based on testing it didn't need servicing. I decided to anyway as it is 10 years old.

Hope you get yours back soon.
