I already post in this thread. But I just adjust my short list :

pics courteously from the internet....

IWC Portuguese... I just can't get this watch off my head.

GO PML... Another watch that's been on my mind lately.

Cartier Ballon Bleu.... wildcard

I really wish they didn't discontinued the Louis Cartier Tank XL

random pics of the Americaine. My favorite tank...

I'd also like to get a GS and this GP down the road. The latter is really hard to find tho

my obtainable grail :

Right now I'm leaning towards an Omega. Moon watch or PO8500.

Bought and paid for two Omegas but not taken delivery yet, the first is at the watchmakers the second is in transit to the watchmaker.

Vintage 1958 Omega OT2872 Cal 320 chronograph (18K)

Something more special coming later... no pics available though since its a one-off prototype ;)

Well my next is going to have to wait a while...
I was all ready to get a YG DD or DDII but couldn't decide
and then I started to debate a YG GMT IIC or WG Sub
BUT
A good business opportunity opened up and there went all
my watch funds, a couple watches and a little extra cash on
top of that.....
So far so good and I do not regret putting off my next watch
for two reasons one business is off to a positive start and two
it made me realize I am just not ready for a DD or YG watch
Now I have narrowed my choice for the "Next" down to two
choices both of which weren't even thought of before...

Now my next will either be the......

Patek 5980/1A

or

Patek 5167

Whichever it is will be sometime between Sept and the New Year

I've applied for a Patek 5270 at my AD but I'm not 100% sure it'll happen (and even if approved it seems unlikely that it'll happen in 2012). I can hope though!

What's more likely this year: I'll probably pick up my very first AP at some point this summer (I've been eyeing the ROC). And with some luck, a Tudor Black Bay.

We will see...Not easy to find--in fact next to impossible!!

I do love the WG one though--powerful and bold!! The platinum more subdued and limited to 200 also interesting but.....

Tough one, but RG seems to appeal to me the most.

These 2

Just paid balance due on my Hentschel H1 order so hopefully I will have it by month's end. Waiting for the new Dressage to become available later this year, too . . . (pics from net).

Speedmaster GMT or Chronomat Evolution.

Having a tough time deciding between the two - probably go the gently pre-owned route.
