Threads where there is honest debate and banter are dumb?

Or are you just looking at the title and not reading a single post?

That comment says more about you than it does about the thread, my friend.

Among my watches, I wear my Hulk the most because of its versatility and toughness, though I do feel it's a bit "in your face" in some situations because of the brand name. I have an RO Jumbo and an Aquanaut, and although they cost more than the Sub, they are more under-the-radar than my Rolex watches.

Thoughts?
For anyone who knows even the smallest amount about watches to recognize a Rolex I'd suspect they'd also be able to pick out the RO Jumbo.

Aquanaut I'd agree, I wear my 5167/1A almost anywhere and not worry about it. The exception would be areas where people would rob you for sport rather than to actually take items of worth, unfortunately I occasionally end up in these spots.

I found "...rob you for sport." hilarious, geez this world is savage!

Bottom line: some people can hide their watch out of fear of offending someone, but they can still come across as being a total arrogant prick. Other people can wear their watch proudly and still be well liked and respected by all. Your personality matters more than your watch does.

I'm a Nurse Practitioner Student, in my final semester. Just today, my clinical preceptor wanted to time something, and I offered my Sub. I was concerned that her eyes were literally going to pop right out of her head.
