Good job on the trade. It was a far better deal the the AD was offering. And that DJ rocks with the suit.

Love the DJ. I have the same color II and have never grown tired of it. Looks great on you, congrats. It's all about what makes YOU happy remember

Thank you.. Can't stop staring at the DJ. This honeymoon stage will last longer than I thought :)

Sometime in the future, the BLNR will likely go. Since owning the DJ (which is much more comfortable) the sport bezels feel a little bit 'flash'.

Likely just me getting older, but there you go. I just prefer the refined understatement nowadays
Wow, never would have thought someone would prefer a DJ41 over a new gen GMT... As for me, I'm on the hunt for the new Pepsi :)

Get the DJ if you want, but don't trade the pepsi, even for the fluted bezel DJ. The AD is ripping you off. Dealers are only willing to make trades if it benefits them.
Yep. ^^^ This ^^^ for sure. If you want the DJ, drive a hard bargain for it. Then, if you must, flip the Pepsi and pocket the rest.

Sorry but I have lost my interest in my 1995 GMT Pepsi. I was at a local Cartier and decided to visit my Rolex AD. They had the black dial, and a white dial with a fluted bezel but I have to add a bit for the gold bezel..

If you were in my shoes, would you do it? Straight swap?

I would rather keep the pepsi
