Daytona doesn't do much for me (have had 520 and 500), but between these two, the Daytona on OF looks amazing on you. You seem to have a great collection and access to almost whatever you want. Many have commented on lack of bracelet on Daytona causing them to pick the GMT. However, that GMT with Meteorite doesn't flow as well with your style. Of those who picked GMT with this dial, not sure how many have actually seen in person. As you recently noticed, the dials/hands are really washed out in person. It looks much better in pictures. I'd stick with your blue dial GMT.
