I went in expecting to hate it, but made a second and will make it again. Didn’t have orange bitters, so used a splash of orange liqueur instead. I reduced the maple syrup a smidge in the 2nd round and liked that even better.

Like so many craft distilleries are, these guys switched to making hand sanitizer... Initially was for Hospitals, Ambulance, Fire Departments and other front line workers. Yesterday they were caught up enough that they started making it available to the public too.





I prefer the whiskey myself, hope they get back to that soon.
