Wes,
Check out http://www.motorcyclegear.com/
They have excellent prices on close outs and sometimes have items at 100% store credit prices, as in buy jacket for $150 and recieve $150 store credit.
Anyway get on their mailing list and see if anything finds you.

Great find Mikki, thank you for letting us know!

Here's a little picture I took for you.

Thanks Bill, done some browsing, do need some bike gear. Don't tend to buy stuff outside the UK. By the time you add on shipping, then once I was stung by duty, and having to pick it up for a depot.

Although I swear you guys always seem to have lower prices for pretty much everything. We call it Rip off Britain.

Sorry Guys...

Sales posts and discussion of sales that are listed there, outside of the For Sale Boards have been deleted.

If we allow advertising of the For Sale ads on other Boards, we would lose continuity in the Discussion Boards..

I hear ya. My brother lives in Denmark and he tells me horror stories of the prices and duties they pay there.

Snow on the ground. Cold. I miss my bike.

Cool that he lives in Denmark, not been there. You visit Europe much?

Not been on my bike in a couple months. We have lots of snow forecast this weekend. A little bit of snow and the UK normally comes to a standstill. And don't fancy my chances of flying out to the alps on Sat.

Well I know I'd rather have snow than the temperature we had today, it was at least -20 (in Celsius, mind you) here...

...So? What shall I bring to our little trip to the alps my friend?

Er, bring your skis.

Thats the thing, we just can't handle a bit of snow in the UK, I don't know why. Airports close, trains canceled etc. It's a joke.

Quite often keep an eye on everyones weather, I know it's real cold Carl where you are. Did try to select Trois Rivieres. But won't select. You back at school yet?

I went back to school on the 8th actually, thank you for asking!

-16 in Montreal...quite cold as well! I believe it's a tad colder in Trois-Rivières though but with the wind in Montreal you freeze much more...

Now what is it with you guys paralyzing the entire country when there's a bit of snow? Do you want me to sort things out?

It's quite rare to settle in London. Rest of the country has a blanket. Not 1/2 meter though. Schools and airports closed.

Don't know yet, there is no rush. Told Steve I was gonna be away for a few days.

Just read about your Explorer.

Just based on what I know Lisa, I wouldn't accept a return. Your photo's and details covered you and the price you set was as I said in the USPS thread more than fair. So like I said there unless there are extenuating circumstances he can sell it himself if he doesn't want it now. JMHO

We even negotiated down from that amount.... I feel pretty sure he could sell it for at least, or more, than he paid for it. I hope he does.

Lisa, I feel you did your due diligence and handled yourself responsibly in your transaction with the buyer. You did nothing to misrepresent the item you had for sale.....if buyer has changed his mind then it should be his choice to now sell his watch. Have a great weekend and say Hello to the girls and Dave!!!

Take it easy.....Leo

I'm so sorry. I really liked the watch myself. Size is definitely something I check before purchasing a watch.

When I lived in the South of England, people rushed to stop me from driving when there was maybe 1/2 inch of snow on the ground. "You'll DIE!!!!"

I'm originally from NH. We scoff at snow piddly amounts of snow.
