Nah, just one teenager, Leo. June's only 9, and Violet is 5.

Oh, did you mean ME?

She did. Her actual BD was Saturday and we had a bowling party with a few of her friends. Then, Sunday we met the in-laws for lunch.

I think she might have liked getting the autographed bowling pin more than the fancy dinner.

And Wes? The Terrible Teens actually began as the Terrible Tens.... we're almost used to it by now!

I've been scanning the 'net looking for more vintage rings. I want one to go with my salmon faced DJ. A stone called morganite is the perfect color, but finding a ring I like with that stone isn't easy. David Yurman has a style I like, but whew he's pricey.
Morganite is very nice. My daughter's name is Morgan. Try a company called Heaven and Earth. Not sure what the URL is at the moment, but I'll look.

As for Granny's ring - yes, Onyx. I'll put in a finger shot eventually.

I checked out the Heaven and Earth site - thanks! Some interesting pieces.

We'll hold you to that finger shot, you know.

Not so great finger shot, but I'm supposed to be working despite that never stopping me before. Of course, I had to put on a vintage watch to go with the vintage ring, right?

Thanks! Now if I can find myself the right 30's looking dress, I can go off to swing dances. But man, those hairdos they did back then. Not sure I could do that part.

Nice try Wes but at two in the afternoon I'm at my job in Montreal...

On another subject. Hey Lisa! Vintage jewelry. My grandmother gave me this ring, and I JUST got it cleaned and the stones tightened. They were so loose it's a wonder they were still in. Found a wonderful master jeweler here, so I thought I'd put in a picture.
Lovely lovely ring Mikki, I really like the look of it!

By the way guys, my fingers are getting better! The cream did help regarding the pain and since it's getting a bit warmer outside it's not as rough in the morning when I go to school.

Now...that's a picture I could see causing me to have a nightmare and sleep with one eye open. Didn't they make a scary movie using that picture as a theme? Of course I know your daughter is a sweet little girl who does not give her Mom...any gray hair!!! LOL!!!

It's 3am. Thought it was 6 the way the dog was kicking me. My elbow is killing me. I keep wondering how long I am gonna be sleeping in a sofa recliner?

The wind is blowing. I got up and took something for pain. Off the narcotics except for times like this

Don't break your elbow anyone. Back at work but writing hurts so I have a little squishy neck pillow to put my elbow on. And I am going to physical therapy 3 days a week now instead of 5. It is killer. I can't feed myself right handed even after a month

I don't usually post here but wanted you all to know how i am doing. Usually after PT and all the house stuff I take a nap. So haven't been in the computer much. Love you all and hopefully back to normal soon. Oh a d Kahlua the Dachsie is getting his mobility back too. He woke up with hind leg paralysis about 3 weeks ago.
