Lisa, sounds fantastic.....I'm glad you all had fun eating your way around America. Were you able to take all the kids or just June? How many states were represented???

Just over this past weekend after a coin show I stopped by a place called Portillo's and had a Chicago Dog with all the trimmings, fries and a rootbeer...it was good!!! Those restaurants are always busy...and would be a great investment for someone to open one in another state(Google them). The Coin Dealer I work for is from Omaha, Nebraska and he is considering opening one.....as that's where we usually always go to eat after a show!!!

Take it easy.....Leo

Happy Valentine's Day to all of our Ladies.....and to our Gentlemen as well.....

Tonite, Pam and I are meeting some of the neighbors at White Castle...as we have reservations for 7PM. They are a cheap hamburger joint(below the level of Wendy's, McDonald's or Burger King) but for Valentine's Day they put out red table clothes, candles, flowers, lower the lights and you are waited on by a waitress and must have reservations. They take pictures of everyone and then post them on their Web-site.....should be fun!!!

Dawna, that Glaschutte movement looks cool.....do you wear it often...considering all the amazing Rolexes you own???
As for basketball I did go to a quite few of the Bull's games back in the 1990's when Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen played.....those were some magical times. Once I was invited by friends to a game and we sat way up in the rafters and looking down at the court was a very interesting perspective and view. It was much easier to watch the game on the Scoreboard at center court...

Carl, good luck on growing Venus Flytrap plants...those are one plant that I have not been able to keep alive in a house. They are native to the peat bogs in South Carolina(I believe)and need very high humidity.....if I had a greenhouse I'm sure I could grow them successfully...

Art, so at 12:01AM...what did you eat.....inquiring minds want to know!!!

Wes...watch out for paper cuts opening all your cards!!! LOL!!!

Lisa, how exciting to have someone in the household who has all the answers...Violet must be a genius who will graduate college by the time she is ten!!!
Another Food dish Chicago is famous for(no not Pizza)is Italian Beef sandwiches. The juice the meat is cooked in is fantastic and I always get extra sweet peppers, hot peppers and red sauce on the sandwich. Pam's best friend from high school with her husband owned a restaurant in Omaha back in the 1990's and had the beef and juice shipped in from Chicago...as for Ham Loaf.....that sounds interesting and I'd give it a go!!!

Everyone enjoy the day and don't O.D. on Chocolate!!!

Take it easy.....Leo

Hey Leo,
White Castle for Valentine's day...how FUN! I have always wanted to try a White Castle burger!
If you guys get a pic posted on the website, make sure go post a link here so we can all see!

I do wear the Glaschutte, probably more than any of my watches. It's kind of an 'under the radar' watch even tho it has some bling. :-)

I remember watching those 'Dream Team' games. Greatness!

I like the Bulls back then, what a team. I went to see MJ play is last game in Orlando with the Wizards. It was very interesting. He sat on the end of the bench by himself. Did not participate in the time out huddles and checked himself in and out of the game as he pleased. Generally he had no contact with the coaches or his teammates. It was interesting.

Thank you for the advice Leo! I am not planning on trying to grow them right now, I still have to see if my trees will make it to Spring (one of them is most certainly dead but I'm still watering it from times to times with the hope that it will resurrect in a few months...I'm really bummed by its situation but the other one should be okay).

Have a wonderful evening with your neighbors and Pam!

Tried to think what the state food of New Hampshire (my home state) would be. Maple sugar candy is always good. Boston backed beans belong to Boston. Can't think of much else the state is known for except for freezing your butt off.

Send them cup cakes down THIS way. Nom nom nom

I'm having watch withdrawal as most of mine are out at various service facilities.

But I got my Time Traveler strap. Sooooo comfy. Yum.

Not yet. I've thought about calling the AD or stopping by, but I sort of enjoy the suspense.

Did I tell you it has a transparent caseback? Dawna, I love that your Glashutte has one. I've always thought they were cool.

Thanks. He was winding down from full on Spaz mode. Just romping in the leftover snow. Weve had days where it's been in the low 40's so the snow is melting fast.
