A first at this ranch. Haha. He's hilarious and keep everyone entertained. (Including the big horses!)
You have a mini horse! Look how sweet he is! Oh my gosh - can't wait to tell my 13 year old. We were looking at pics of them yesterday.

I wonder if they could live in residential areas? We have a double lot.

Where did you get him? What is his personality like? Does he act like a big horse?

No school today for the kiddos.... maybe we should go mini horse shopping. Maybe we could get a collar and leash for it so the City won't suspect.

I've never seen or heard of a mini horse. They do look cute. They could live inside the house.

Miniature horses are really that, Wes. They don't get much bigger than a large dog.

See you already found a pic. Okay, I'm ready to sell the house and get that place in the country.

We got him in Springtown, TX. Long story but we went down to the Ft. Worth area to pick up a saddle and came home with a mini horse. lol

He is still pretty much a baby...he's about 9 months old. He's 29 inches tall but most likely won't get much bigger than that. Maybe 30-31 inches.
His parents were 30 inches and 31 inches.

I HAVE heard of people keeping them in a large backyard, but I wouldn't recommend it. This little guy looooovves to run, run, run. But then he's gentle as can be when we halter him to lead him around. I'm addicted to him. haha
The big horses go over to his pasture and just follow him around up and down the fence. They still look confused. HA

That's a cool little horse. Never know about those things. We had a guy across the street that had a miniature pig. He was a pro hockey player, single, and left that little pig in the house for days on end when he had a road trip, don't know if it was potty trained or not.

Poor baby. I prefer to think he was rich and hired a pig nanny to watch him while he was gone. Yes. Im sure. That's it.

Ok everybody,
Make sure that your insurance is paid up.

Ethan got his driver's license this morning.

He must be thrilled. Congrats Ethan.

Here in Rhode Island, potential drivers must take 33 hrs classroom instruction. Then they must take that certificate of completion to the state registry of motor vehicles to take a written test to get their learners permit. They must hold their learners permit for a minimum of 6 months while they're getting 50 hrs minimum behind the wheel (with at least 20 of those hours being at night) with a licensed driver (me) along. This morning he took a road test.
I saw 3 kids fail this morning while we waited.

Congratulations to Ethan! I thought he already had his license, too. Forgot about the learner's permit. We have the same thing in OK. His truck looks great!

Took the girls to walk around my parents' place this afternoon. The deer have been wandering around in the flowerbeds. Possum and raccoon tracks in the barn. Maybe I need to pay my sister for half of the place and get me a mini horse and just keep him there!
