I know it will be a long wait for a watch but it will definitely be worth it.

Try calling the Melbourne Boutique and ask for Liz, she has been AMAZING in answering all my questions.

EDIT: i see i was late to the party - good to see you were able to touch base with Liz afterall :)

I will say this, the customer service you will receive if you deal with Liz and the Melbourne boutique will be outstanding.

They have been incredible to deal with, I have been super impressed. They are watch people, it’s not hype and it is refreshing.

And, let’s not forget that the watches they sell are amazing as well. It’s been said in this thread before, but I honestly believe that those who get on board with the overseas range now will be thankful in the near future. Think nautilus and aquanaut from a few years back. We could be looking at the same thing. It may have already started. But just enjoy the watches for what they, beautiful by design and appearance. A delight to own and wear.

Has anyone tried the new Overseas QP ultra thin yet? If yes, any wrist shot and thoughts about the piece?

I haven't tried one on ... but I have ordered one I would say its worth going for the full bracelet version and not just the leather/rubber but i guess thats just personal preference.

I thought for all VCO it comes with all three straps? I’ve put my name down for the piece but I’m hoping it comes slightly later at this point to avoid having to sell pieces to fund it.

I think it looks great on the blue gator. May even prefer it to the rubber.

Official vacheron overseas thread!!

I have difficulties putting on the rubber/leather strap with the deployment clasp.

I understand there are 2 catches with the deployant clasp and one of it is a small little button underneath which you need to use your finger to press on it to release the catch, which I find it extremely diffocult to do.

Anyone has the same issue?

I did until the boutique showed my how to put them on. You actually only need to press the strap on. The latch on the bottom will open and close without you needing to do anything.

So just press lightly on where it connect on the top side while holding the watch on the glass face and bottom in the other hand. Let me know if that makes sense …

Yes it does look quite good : ) Have you tried it with a black alligator strap? I have seen that others prefer the black to the blue but yours looks quite nice!

My white rubber strap was delayed but I will post pictures once received.

How about removing the watch? You press on the butterfly clasp and it releases the first catch. How about the second?

Yea - I admit this part is not easy. I don’t have the finger nails to be able to pull up the second part of the butterfly. I usually try and push it from underneath and that releases it. It’s never a major issue but I would say the most cumbersome part of taking the watch on or off.

This is incorrect. The overseas perpetual calendar with full bracelet strap was only introduced recently. It used to be just rubber and leather.

First ever limited edition rubber strap from a high horology brand lol :) …. Loving this combo! For some reason, more supple than the original black rubber.

Is the white limited edition? I thought it was only the orange from reading the above but am not sure. I have ordered a white rubber though, so agree it looks great, congrats!! :)

Thanks you! This is not white, it's beige. Orange and beige are limited edition. I messaged my boutique SA for orange but they received this beige first. But I think I like this combo better.

Ahhh OK. Now you say that I can tell the difference but assumed it was just a filter or lighting :) Very nice
