Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately it was a very busy day and I only had time to go to the Rolex AD on Bond Street. They only let you in with an appointment so I never got to try. I got chatting to the doorman who was very friendly, he just advised that I make an appointment and get myself on the list. We were interrupted by the TV/Radio presenter Johnny Vaughan who was making a fuss about having to wait to be allowed in, the door man came back outside after a few mins to continue our chat and said that they don't play the 'build a relationship' game there. Who knows, I'll make another trip soon but this time without the wife and son.

Perhaps you should have offered the doorman a crafty £50 note?

That's nice. Once you get on the list they proceed in chronological order. Your chances are good!
