Those were the old days, I remember those rains and miss how they cooled things down. Maybe they are starting back with the rain we've been having.

Did you see on the news about a month ago in Orlando that poor fellow was in bed sleeping and was swallowed up in a sink hole. They never recovered his body.

I know, poor man.My question is,how was that house slab built that it wouldn't hold the bedroom weight load?I mean that sucker(the room) went in the hole like a flushed toilet.I was on my lot every day while building my house and I'm sure the concrete slab will hold the weight load.

Not sure, but in his case I think it may have taken the whole house or enough if it that the rest went down the hole. There is a lake in Winter Park at Fairbanks and Denning the in the early 80's was a Porsche dealership, it went down cars and all and is now a lake.

They visited RC's private beach and (Ethan) zip lined on Haiti, went cliff diving in Jamaica and partied in Cazumel at Margeritaville. And YES they brought me home a couple of nice cigars. Good stuff.

Personally I'd really enjoy a GTG. There are a some people here who I'd really like to see live, face to face, without the distance of the internet!!!
I'm bummed that I'll be missing the Pittsburg GTG again this year. I just have some social commitments that might make it a strain to attend.

Glad they had fun, we could have had a GTG in RI. The Pitts GTG looks to be a lot of fun. My nephew is getting married in Pitts the week before the GTG.

Did you know the zip line in Haiti is the longest in the world? That's what the sign said in the pictures. 2,500 feet long and 500 feet high. That must have been the coolest thing ever.

It would have been great but it was mostly moms and kids. There were only 2 men among 26 total in the group of friends from town. One of the men was trying to hook up with one of the other moms and it may have gone pretty far. I'm not interested in that scene and can't tolerate people who I don't respect. I stayed home with Murphy, took 3 days of vacation time and worked in the house and yard. It was still good.

Ethan took me around the block in his truck tonight to show me 6 foxes hanging around a tree. They scattered but didn't run away. Some were just lying in the street.

Yay!! I was hoping you would like it

p.s. my avatar photo of the fox was taken in one of the spots where they were filming. Sitting with my camera, waiting for bears to show up, this fox came over and was trying to take my backpack! lol

Cool. So can you tell us how exactly you were involved with that project? Now that I've seen the film it will help me to understand the context of your role. You can PM me if you'd rather.

Yesterday was my father's dog's birthday. He turned 11!

Funny thing is, we celebrated my brother's birthday yesterday because his birthday will be later this week...some young people just like to rain on doggies' parades!
