Yeah, but maybe you'll win one in a drawing or something.....

Very nice Judy, in a way it makes me want to get a colt too for myself, they are such good watches and the price makes them a steal in a way.

Here a Breitling I bought about 13 yrs ago new,

It's very accurate, COSC and hard to find. But even so the re sale is so poor.

Really is a handsome watch. I remember ijen had a Breitling, didn't she? Am I remembering correctly that there was a splash of turquoise on hers somewhere?

Yes, I think she did. She also had a Seadweller that was interesting to see, with her tiny wrist it had so many links removed and was altered some how to even be smaller. I just got back from seeing Dan (ippon 20) down at the Breitling Boutique, he was kind enough to give me a nice Breitling case for it. That store is a happening place, amazing. I wanted him to see this watch and he showed it to the girls that work for him, none of them had seen one before. Breitling has some good new policies in place that will help the brand maintain better value, I think.

Question for you ladies...My wife has an Omega TT Deville and TT Constellation ...
her daughters bought her a Tennis bracelet back on mothers day....in truth I probably bought it with them hitting her up for money....... But question is if she wears both on the same wrist will it scratch up the Omega's?

yes it will scratch up her watch. mine did. so i had to remove the bracelet and wore it on my right wrist. even my cartier love bangle did some damage to my watch. so the best thing is just to let the watch shine on its own

I let my wife buy a Hermes Kelly Bracelet back in Scottsdale after selling some Condo's....she has wore it twice and it sits in a SDB at Wells Fargo for years now.

Thanks guys/gals..was a fun afternoon. My nephew wanted to keep the watch on (we let him try it on) cause since it came in the yellow box he thought was his. Also was a fun night for me to watch my brother watch his watch. Could I have even planned that sentence?

Wes...again, Im new.. did you win a watch? Do you hope to win a watch? Im missing the inside joke here..

Thanks for posting the watch Art, is a great looking watch. I wish we had a boutique here. I agree that they don't hold their value very well. So if you wanna buy one, especially pre-owned, there are some great buys out there.

Greg, you "let" your wife buy a bracelet? I was saying just last night to all the married women at the bbq that were complaining their husbands wouldn't let them go near the new outlets that just opened. I said remove the husband part and do whatever you want. Worked for me!

The last time she used it was at a Christmas party in 2009 I should goto bank and get it out....and tell her use it or sell it....I could buy a GMT
Coke with it.....I would wear the Coke.

That's a really cool bracelet so, if you do get it out of the SDB, post a photo please. :-)

Judy, yes, Wes did win a watch right here on TRF. In January he entered a drawing for a Tudor Pelagos (wasn't it?) I think there was a 1 in 300 chance of winning (someone please correct me if I'm wrong - too lazy to go back and find the info.) Wes gave his mom a Rolex right around that time, wasn't it, Wes?

Just goes to show... giving wristwatches as gifts definitely puts forth good karma.

All the other bedroom closets are filled with her stuff.
She knows she cant take it with her and needs to get rid of whatever she has boxed up.....Im serious i have no idea what all the crap she has is and neither does she.
She said the other day she has to get rid of it......that means jewelry in the SDB also
here and still have one in Tempe where she used to work that has not been opened in 5 years i bet.
The bad news is her 4 daughters and 1 grand daughter cant wait to get their hands on it.....The grandson is SOL unless he wants a LV/Coach/D and B/Hermes/ Ralph Lauren/Gucci and whatever else named purse is in the closet.
She is a member of some purse forum she was so addicted to purses.
Ive heard her talk and been dragged around to look at them so much im ashamed
that I know what they are on sight.

I am so far behind, so a scattershot howdy to all. Art, love your Breitling. Judy, hello and welcome, you are clearly a great addition to the nuttiness here. Karis, Lisa, Cecilia, general hugs. The boys are really busy teasing each other, I can see that.

Back from a lovely beach and city break to the East Coast. Seafood and family and one incredible music concert by my favorite performer of recent years, Marty Stuart...I'm close to a Beatlemaniac for Marty and his band.

So, Hola!
