Strangely enough I've recently changed to Chest & Bi's then Back & Tri's is another workout altogether.

I know Chest & Tri's is the accepted norm & many people have great results on it but I've never been a fan of 'pre-exhaustion' & I like to go quite heavy on arms at the start of my routines, then bringing in a coupla drop sets towards the end.

Your routine sounds good though mate.....
(DEcline work before INclines.... DITTO! )
You can't beat the basics eh?!
I liked the joke a lot as you'll see in my PM but no you couldn't post that out here.

Imo, the basics are still the best.

Right now my routine is as follows.
I do Day 1 Chest + Tri's
Day 2 legs
Day 3 Off
Day 4 Back + Bi's
Day 5 Shoulders and Traps. Day 6 and 7 Off. I do Abs about 3x a week.

This is what I'm doing now but in the summer sometimes I will go to a 5 day routine but I have to be careful about over training.

Usually every 3 months or so I change my entire routine/split but right now this one is working very well for me. I used to do like you Chest/Bi's and I like this alot but I did Shoulders with Tri's not with back because I feel that doing shoulders hits my tri's and that by doing them with back I was hitting them 3x a week which is too much for me. EveryBody is different though and for what works for me may not be good for someone else. For me Decline Dumbbell presses are my favorite chest exercise but lots of people hate them.

For legs today I did Squats, Leg extensions, Leg curls, Leg presses, and standing Calf raises...

4-day routine looks perfect to me Bruno mate!

Plenty of rest in there & a chance for some R&R at the weekend too!

(gotta LOVE that DEcline work tho'!!... & incidentally I ripped the crap outa my right rotator cuff a few years ago so similar to you I don't over-work my shoulders either.... & I primarily go with heavy shrugs & light laterals rather than direct overhead pressing... )

It's actually quite easy to prepare. Just boil the dashi soup stock in a pot, add the semi cooked ingredients (boiled egg, i also pre boil the daikon otherwise the taste is overwhelming), add soy sauce, sugar, and sake.
Sounds like a mix of sukiyaki, nabe and oden. Either way it sounds delicious We had kimchi nabe a couple of nights ago.

This isn't my picture, but it looked just like it.

Yeah I hear ya. I'm very careful with my shoulders. I only do Military presses to the front.

I don't own a barbecue so if I want hotdogs, I wait until the weather exceeds 90 degrees, then place them on the ground and leave them for about twenty minutes. When I come back - voila! A joy to the palate! Who's coming to my place for dinner this week?

Sounds tasty. Is this something you prepare at home, or is there a restaurant in San Jose that you go?

I don't know about San Jose, but over here you can find it restaurants. There are many Oden specialty restaurants in Kyushu. I don't know about other parts of Japan though. It's great in the winter months
