You would struggle to find anyone with wealth who doesn't partake in tax avoidance in one way or another I would guess.

The more wealth you have the easier and more available help to avoid handing it over seems to be........but that's a whole different thread :)

I think Beckham isn't the worst choice for Ambassador. He was a Breitling Ambassador in the last couple of years along with John Travolta.

Even my son the 22 YO millennial knows and respects Beckham. He is much more popular than Federer. He is worth around $350 Million dollars.

He's one celebrity who has turned his sporting prowess into a money making machine, has good business sense and is charitable.

No, I don't like his tattoos, I don't like tatoos at all, but I think he is a good fit for Tudor in attracting a younger audience.

I think the rationale for Tudor is to have an image of an every man who came out of nowhere and became one of the most famous soccer players of all time, married a beautiful woman, had a family, has a successful post sporting career and is till one of the most talked about figures in the World. Is he perfect? Of course not and I think that's the attraction for Tudor.

As to his alleged affairs, it's quite possible that as a human being he might succumb to the lures of a beautiful woman who throws herself at him, however he has denied it, and he wouldn't be the first attractive man who has been accused of it.

That's a new keyboard and monitor you owe me

Personally, I'm take him or leave him. When he was playing, he was probably the best striker of a dead ball in the game. He is as thick as a whale omelette and couldn't speak worth a toss so he went for elocution lessons. Fair play to him. However, his alleged antics in trying to get himself a Knighthood turned me right off the guy.
