Car Love Thread

To add to the current Porsche theme, here is my 2023 911 GTS in shark blue. Plan to keep this for another year and trade up to a Turbo S or possibly GT3.

Beautiful config!

Will also go Turbo S next - but just like the Targa shape sooooo much. Wish there was a Targa Turbo S! :)

Great specs on all the Porsches guys. Well done. The turbo s is killer in that configuration especially with the aero kit or whatever they’re calling it now

This GTS is beautiful!!! Love shark blue.

Fwiw, the turbo s and the gt3, while both incredible, are so different. The turbo s is a luxury car. The gt3 is a race car.

I’m clearly an S guy. But no wrong answer. I just like the tech and the comfort.

This is a July build, so it’s gonna be a while. My GT3 below.

Is your Targa chalk? My wifes Cayenne is that color, its a great one too!

Dude. Would be pretty epic to have the GT3 and the RS. What a combo.

RS, while clearly amazing, I prefer the GT3 you have. Im in the minority. I get that. The RS just being pure race car is, tbh, too much car for me.

That said, if I could get an allocation, I’d not pass it up. But I won’t have that problem. I’ll never get an allocation.

Kept it. I really love that watch. It’s part of the small collection and it’s staying for good. I really don’t see myself selling anything again. I lost the fun in it. Prefer to just buy and hold and wear.

GT3, or it might as well be a Kia.

Of course I’m kidding……or maybe I’m not.

Underrated car imho. Incredibly fun, all carbon fiber tub, no power steering. Personally love the styling in-person (how it photographs is VERY angle-dependent).

To me it’s one of the coolest modern cars ever made. Love that car. If I didn’t need to be slightly more practical for the kids I would have one. Great car!

Thanks! Definitely not a practical car - but I love its limitations and faults.

Current daily driver. 2008 Ridgeline. Just hit 200k miles and runs and drives flawless. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Have owned 5 or 6 Hondas and Acuras in the past all with manual transmissions, and I guess I’m getting old but I don’t mind finally daily driving an automatic.

And my fun car: 1966 Plymouth Belvedere. Original 318 car now has a big block 383 magnum with a mild build. Bought as a project and spent a few years restoring it with my Dad. We did all the work ourselves. Not a show car by any means but a fun driver!

the new RS is on the deferment level in compere to any other 911 ,the active areo and suspension, set this car completely a part from others.

Jaw-droppers!

Too bad McLaren builds cars for trim English chaps and not so much for 6’+ fat Americans

Had a chance to drive one once; amazing car but squished in it like no other lmao.

Wow, nice pair! Forgive me for my ignorance, sometimes I cannot tell the difference of the models within the brand, is the white one a 720S and the grey is a 570S?
