Was out to dinner last night with some friends.

Starter was (I don't know the correct word in english) one of the surface muscles of the cow's breast. This part is usually considered only worthy to become minced meat, but give it to the proper chef, and you'll have a very tasty piece of meat.

Main course was Horse sirloin. Amazingly good. I know it might be unusual in some parts of the world, but not over here.

My dessert was a liquid one.

Looks DELICIOUS!!!!

I've had horse before and I'd certainly have it again if it looked half as good as that.

I'm not at all fluffy when it comes to horses, I'm a professional... I know that a horse is no more sencient than a cow, just treated differently in most cases.

I'm not a hypocrite (Appropriate word since it's derived from the ancient Greek for "horse! Benefits of a Classical education!). Im my book if you'll eat one animal the only reason not to eat others is if they don't taste good!

Well said Mark.

For me I eat everything that swims in the ocean except scuba divers.

Tonight however it was sausage Stroganoff.
