Other night at Michael Symon's Lola: Beef Cheek Pierogi, Hangar Steak and Brioche French toast w/ Maple-bacon ice cream and carmalized apple for dessert.....Yum!!

Tonight we're having "Mansaf" with the family..
It's our national dish in Jordan, but I prefer to call it national disaster!!!!
It's basically made of rice, lamp meat, and yogurts, all cooked in ghee...
It has enough calories to lighten a small town

Took my first crack at Etouffee. This one was shrimp and Andouille Sausage. It tasted great!
