Bas, sounds exciting your move and starting a new chapter in your life with education and College. Your new adventure reminds me of when in August of 1975 I moved on by packing my belongings moving out of my parents' home and going to College. I too rented an apartment and went to College where I studied Horticulture. Please take care and even though the future can seem a little daunting and scary...you will do just fine!!!

As for me...I just got home yesterday from working eight long days at the largest Summer American Coin Convention held just outside of Chicago, Illinois located by O'Hare(Chicago's International Airport). Had a great time, sold some coins, bought some coins, connected with old friends and cultivated new friendships.....

Take care.....Leo

Bas, just stock up on pot noodles, and get a good toaster. You'll be fine.

Bas and Wes, a teaching from my life experiences to share with you all.....always strive to be happy and enjoy what you do. As Life is way too short to "Sweat the Small Stuff," pick your battles but do not make everything a battle and strive for peace and serenity in your personal lives.........

Anyone seen Carl lately? This might bring him out the woodwork, he can't resist a screaming sheep or goat.

It's got top down roof(Boxster) mine hasn't. And a flappy paddle gearbox. Can't even get a set of golf clubs in this one though, cos the roof.

Looks like a very lovely car Wes, however, I must admit that I still do prefer the one that you actually own.

The new Boxster is gorgeous in the flesh, much better than the older one. Dealership had one in Silver, black roof, droolworthy. Would be tempted to trade if I could get me golf bats in it.

Sounds like it sure was beautiful! I love Porsche cars, I always found them very nice looking (and I'm not a car person).

Funny you should mention golf bags, it's important to make sure your vehicle can help you enjoy your other hobbies. I recently refused to trade my Mazda for a Lamborghini Gallardo because I couldn't make my acoustic guitar fit in...oh well!

Smart move Carl. I may have to take up swimming like Leo suggested, I can just about get my speedo's in the Boxster.

Thanks Carl!

I have a third floor of a regular house with my own bathroom and large sleeping/living room, the only downside is that the kitchen is used by the family that lives downstairs and I need to use that kitchen as well, so I try to cook before they want to cook.

It took me two days to fix my internet connection on my pc, I'd bought a powerline thing that leads the internet through the powernetwork but that didn't work for some reason, it worked back at home so I'm a bit confused. I'll return that thing on saturday to get my €50,- back.
Yesterday I bought a uwb wifi adapter which works perfectly fine, I can skype, download series/movies and play online games at the same time

All in all a great place and just 50m from school and the nearest bus station, and 150m to a good supermarket.

I'm happy
