From my recent trip to Vienna, here it is - THE Wiener Schnitzel. I enjoyed it at
very authentic and charming Figlmuller restaurant that has been serving it since 1905.

Tonight I made Pasta alla Carbonara. Bacon, shrimp, butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and egg yolks over Penne pasta. Guaranteed to clog your arteries, but worth it.

Just made me some sirloin steak with homemade béarnaise sauce and a side order of vegetables. The plate is medium sized, the steak is about 250g. The proportions looks off I just noticed.
