From the W&W video interviews, Christian mentioned September for 222. But no date was given for TSO.

Do you know when your TSO may be arriving? My SA did not know when I asked and also did not have the number of allocation for the boutique yet.

I'm in the same boat, my blue dual time deposit was made on 14 May & was told 6-9 months. I'm "happy" to hear that you are still waiting as well and that I'm not getting bumped down the list (or if I am, I'm not alone... LOL).

I think we may have been the last couple of deposits! Mine was on the 17th and I was told the list closed after that. Hopefully we'll get ours soon

It's a 1.4mm screw. I had the same question when I first got mine.

So anyone got to put down a deposit for the 222 yet? If delivery in July/Aug/Sep surely its time to put down the deposits now?

My boutique doesn't do deposits, but I was in contact with them about 222 before official announcement. They are saying pieces will start coming in October, we're going to try and line up with a milestone birthday beginning of November

How come some boutiques do not do deposits? Isn't a bit strange to have different practices in different countries?

Hi friends. Does anyone know if VC tracks purchases through online registration (like AP), or if it's more old school like Rolex and Patek? Thanks.

Do you mean you can register online for your watch? If so, yes and you should as you get extra warranty coverage.

For Patek, you get the magazine for registering online.

To put it more bluntly. I’m curious if VC or VC AD’s can track if you’ve flipped a watch down the road. With Rolex it’s difficult since the new cards don’t have any personal or AD info. AP on the other hand registers your watch on purchase so they know if it’s been re-register by the new owner.

In simple terms yes.

I guess it depends if the new owner registers it under his name?

Anybody know what the process has been like to get additional straps for the 4500V? Seems harder than it should be

What problems are you facing?
Leather = loads of options wait time depends on what you design & materials used
Rubber = don't ask for last year's colours. Outside of that a boutique can order the standard ones for you

I guess my main issue is that the boutiques basically has no time frame as to when they’ll arrive when ordered. The boutique in Miami essentially told me, “yeah it’ll be hard, we get them from Geneva” and then proceeded to hand up on me lol

Is that for a Rubber strap?
Whoever took your enquiry needs some CS training.

The boutiques will know a timeline. They could also provide examples of other requests and how long they have taken.

Yup! I was genuinely confused why it seemed like a such a tall order to get a rubber strap. Nothing fancy, just wanted a white one.

I also experienced pretty patchy service for rubber straps. But you will get very different experiences explained here. Because sometimes they even have a white rubber strap in stock. If you walk in then and ask for one you obviously will have a good experience.

But at least now during Covid the intervalls between that getting new stock has been very long. I read that someone got the grey cory strap here and wanted one too. I had to wait more than 6 months before I got the strap delivered. When it finally came they also got the white straps and had enough of them to sell over the counter without preorder.

I waited 4 months for my grey rubber strap, inline with the ETA they provided me when it was ordered. They did note it was an ETA, not concrete tho. This was from the Australian boutique.
