Congrats John! You have a great selection of RMs now. How about a group shot?

Get ready...it's impressive to say the least.

He is THE RM collection king.

Four now (plus one enroute and another hopefully Jan) I know personally .

Do you still have the 35-01 and does it fit much different in your opinion? I know the movement went from manual to auto and you get the see through caseback with the 02. Red TPT looks great

Does RM have a watch with a fully in-house movement? Or do they only make cases?

No in house movement...but APRP and Vaucher.

Doesn't get much better and quite frankly will take those over most 'in house' movements of other manufactuers.

I do not have my 35-01 any longer. I am very open to adding it back though and would actively be looking for one at the right price.

The 35-02 fits exactly the same as the 35-01. I would also advise for those interested that the movement is larger in the 35-02, which is why I believe they opted for the open case back. You can't see through this watch like you can a 55.

I think the 35-01 and the 35-02 both have their place in a collection. I do wish I kept my NTPT 35-01.

Great insight John. Thanks for the feedback as this is definitely not a piece you get to try on before purchasing. My concern with the 02 was the open case back and hairy arms LOL! I tried on the 55 and I couldn't stop staring at the ugliness of my hair in the backdrop haha. I assumed a solid caseback like the 01 is the route I'd have to go. I need to block this thread

^you do not have this issue with the 35-02. The open caseback introduces a bit of light, highlighting the movement, but you really can't see your arm.

I would agree that the 55 does have this issue. It personally never bothered me, but everyone is different.

With the 55 you will need to shave your arm!

LMAO! My wife said save the $$$$$$ and keep the hair In all seriousness 35-01 with solid case back would probably be my choice even though it is discontinued. Maybe I should just stick to my mass produced Rolexes and Pateks

Cool watch John you need to get the 01 back, and then get one in blue TPT, not sure it's correct, maybe it's NTPT, I admit having a hard time making out which is which.

Do you still have the baby blue LAST EDITION RM11? I was thinking of getting that one also and with the blue strap now I'd have an all blue watch and an all red one 👍

Yes sir, I sure do....... it has become one of my favorites.

I just took a pic today, as I wore it to the office.

I always thought the blue would be too much and would be a fad...........not the case. Like the red tpt quartz it is perfect and very wearable.

Please be advised that this watch comes with both a blue strap and a white strap (rubber).

That being said, my favorite combo thus far is on the grey kevlar.

Exciting incoming tomorrow and should be another next week!

GO RM!

Just amazing pieces you have John. This strap looks incredible with the baby blue case. Looking forward to the incomings. Is there anyway to block this thread because I can't stop looking at it? LOL!
