Got my wallet today, red 6 cc bi-fold. The quality is fantastic and it is very soft. The red is not as bright red as I expected. I like the color a lot. The card slots took my cards with ease, no force at all. Overall, very pleased. Aloha Tim

Nice, keep 'em coming guys

I emailed Nicolas at FLP on Wednesday night to place an order, but haven't heard back. I thought I would of received my payment link by now, but all the inquiries from this thread must be keeping them busy

Well, at least you got your order in. Nicolas got back to me. The Paris Blue with yellow edging is sold out and they are not sure when it will be available. They put me on the waiting list. The one without yellow stitching is available, but since I'm set on yellow edging, I might as well wait at this point. Some of the other colors are nice like the steel grey, red and brown...

FYI for those wondering how order process works:
If we ship those items outside the European Union, you will pay the prices without taxes which we will provide you upon your order confirmation.

In addition, with regards to Incoterms (DAT ICC 2010 (Delivered At Terminal)), please note that the Maison Fauré Le Page assumes the responsibility to deliver every item purchased to the destination that will be indicated on the invoice form. Payment of custom taxes/rights, once the destination country is reached (if applicable), will be at the expense of the purchaser. Fauré Le Page has no visibility on custom taxes.

To estimate the shipping cost, we will need the exact delivery address with the Zip code. The cost will depend on the size and the weigh of the package. Therefore, the expedition fee will be confirmed at the end. Our transporter is TNT.

Finally to proceed to the payment, you will receive a link from our Bank to proceed to the payment on their secured website. This link will be available for a few hours only.

As soon as the payment is complete we will proceed to the shipment.
That's a really nice looking card holder. A must have!! I saw an email address listed above. Is there a website to order or is everything done/ordered via the email, etc? Definitely want one. They look great.

All via email and then they send a link to process CC. It's VERY simple.

Not so happy with with service after order.

Kinda lame.

But hope it arrives.

I know you mean bro. I'm working with Nicolas. He's been a little slow the last few days. I haven't placed my order yet. See my last post up the page a bit. I inquired on when the Paris Blue with yellow edging would be back in stock. He didn't know and put me on the waiting list. Then I inquired on what other colors are in stock with yellow edging and no response. We probably overwhelmed them with orders the last few weeks, but still...

Louise helped me and seemed pretty responsive.
Resend the email and give them a little push...?

Very fast service from Nicolas. I may go for the smaller Poche too if I like how the 6cc is going after a few months.

Was your item in stock? Mine took a day or two to ship but then was here two days later.

Bet you have it by Tuesday if it was in stock.

Was in stock. No biggie, just two days after paying and emails with no reply and tracking.

I'm sure it will show, just letting others know communication after buy is hit and miss for me.

It definitely seems like there is a spike in interest & they aren't well set up or prepared for it.

Like some above, I wanted to order a card holder as well as a Battle tote for the girlfriend for Christmas (both Paris blue, with yellow edging). Since they are not currently in stock, the best you can get is on the waitlist with no estimate on availability. I'm in no rush and would have gladly paid to place the order & then get it once it arrives; instead, I get to cross my fingers that I get a phone call or email when they are available and that prices don't surge with demand.

I dealt with Louise and she was very pleasant & responsive, but hopefully they can develop a better system for ordering what should be pretty standard items.

I'm on the waitlist for the card holder in Paris blue with yellow edging as well. That's my first choice, although I'm considering another color, perhaps the walnut brown or ivress red, both with yellow edging.

It's not rocket science...take peoples money and then send them a tracking number (Amazon does it within minutes--I've waited 3 days and nothing).

Been done for decades

Like I said not a crisis, but basic 101 stuff no matter how small a company you are.

OMG ... I ordered a simple filter from B&H in New York and it took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. They shipped it DHL then it arrived somewhere in Canada and went through a re-labeling process which put it into the Canada Post system. Then I received a card to pick it up the next day at a postal outlet. When I went there, it wasn't there, it probably spent the night in the contracted carrier delivery persons personal vehicle. The following day it was available to pick up at a COD cost. $10.00 re-labeling fee to collect $1.19 in tax and duty.

What a rip-off.

My wallet from France arrived to my door in Canada in less than 4 days with absolutely NO hassle.

I'm amazed it took an item from USA almost 3 weeks to arrive when it's so much closer.
