Thanks Guys, we just went to TGIFridays, Holly and I had JD burgers, very good. We were going to go to The Half Moon in Kennetts Square, lots of exotic meats from all over but they're closed on sunday

We're doing Canadian Thanksgiving today:

7 Kilo Bird with my Water chestnut and Sausage Stuffing. Scratch Gravy

Roasted Root Vegetables: Celery Root, Sweet Potato, Carrots, Rutabaga, Parsnips

Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Cauliflower.

That's dinner. I'll try to take a picture as it's done.

Just made cauliflower chowder with duck confit. Great meal for rainy weather.
