PAT'S Chili Cheese Hotdogs for dinner last night!

A few weeks ago went to Tucson and brought back a 1/2 gallon of Pat's Chili. Froze it in perfect portions for meals of 2-dogs at a time. two Hebrew National All Beef Dogs, some seasoned steak fries and a few Beers, BAM!!! Dinner is Served.

If you are ever in Tucson, AZ... Got to Pat's! You will love it!

Love chili dogs, I get cheapies at a local gas station with their "boom boom" sauce,,, yep, goes boom boom later in the day!
1/2 gallon of chili should get you through a couple of dozen dogs, yes?

Bit lazy tonight, so I just browned some smoked kale sausages in duck fat, added capers and brine as well as shredded oxheart cabbage. After a few minutes of wilting on high heat, a few splashes of sherry vinegar was added and reduced down. Salt, pepper, and serve.

Smoked sausages with "flash-sauerkraut" and capers in 12 minutes. No starch needed (though buttery mashed potatoes would not be a bad thing if you weren't a lazy-ass).
