Making baby back ribs today.

Just put them in the oven. I'll take them out after 7 hours or so.

I would bore you guys with what I eat. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 months now. No meat, chicken, pork or even fish.

Had a really nice felafel sandwich and hummus last night.

Tim, I'd invite you over, but I guess it would take a while...

Little over two hours in the oven now. Starting to ooze out some pretty wonderful smells.

It's about 5 lbs of ribs.

One for the Scottish members... Square sausage and black pudding.

A great way to start the day.

I could get heart disease just by looking at this but it's sooooooo good!

Thanks guys. I may not be able to spell it correctly, but have learned over the years that it's such a small region it's hard to find a bad one, especially when the name translates loosely to Home of the Pope.

Amazing Thanksgiving dinner with Applewood smoked turkey, oyster casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, and a brussel sprout, napa cabbage, Swiss chard, and kale salad. Not too shabby for dinner on a road trip.

Tomorrow we will be doing some mountain biking in western Colorado to burn off some of the calories.
