...On our recent trip to PVR..(Puerto Valarta..)..took a day out to Mismaloya for some sun and fun and stopped by "La Choza" 'My Tony' Restaurant for dinner...and was presented with their selections of the day....!
..Fresh sea bass, or snapper, scallops, shrips..

Made a wonderful poached Red Snapper with a butter white wine sauce last night. It came out absolutely delicious!!! Prep time is about 20 minutes --- cooking time is only 13 minutes. A healthy and quick dish that really emphasizes some extremely dynamic flavors.
