Basel: Pepsi prototype on Oyster ???

What does this even mean ? I thought Hodinkee confirmed yesterday that you can not swap jubilee for oyster.

The dial doesn't appear to have the Rolex Coronet at the 6 o'clock position between Swiss Made. This looks like the old WG Pepsi to me.
