Would you trade a PAM 104 for 2022 mint 3861 Moonwatch?
Love this PAM it is unique in my collection, but really like the Speedy! Also don’t see myself wearing the PAM on leather very often as I usually use the Pam rubber deployment strap. I would have to throw in 2300. My PAM was bought used with box and 2 yr warrant in mint condition.

Two great watches.
I would love to add a 3861 Speedy Pro, but I’m not willing to flip my only PAM for it. I guess it depends on what is your attachent to the 104. The trade seems pretty fair, value-wise. Maybe a little in favor of the Omega owner. |

It’s a good grey I deal with. He is def lowballing me a bit on the value of the PAM. I have a Tudor BB I would rather trade but he has no interest in it . Normally I would just add but I have added a few to many so I need to trade lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If I were to get an automatic Panerai, it might be this one. Love it. As good as the Omega is, I would wear the 104 way more.

I’m not going to do it. The Pam is unique and fits nice in my collection. I will sell a tudor and then purchase a Speedy!

Good decision to move a Tudor in place of your PAM. The Speedy will be a great addition!

Sell Tudor for Omega and keep PAM ..I am for that . If in future you want to sell the 104 think about a 111 or 233 or 127 . To me,those are three classics from the modern era heydays of Panerai . Panerai is all about the correct references from the correct era . |

The Pam 104 is becoming a very sought after model the older it gets. It’s a lot of Panerai watch for the money and checks all the boxes (44mm, fully polished, wr300m).
This is especially so if it is a older model that has the quick release strap change button on the lugs. They have developed a cult following.

Probably the best response to 99% of the posts in this forum asking advice buy / trade advice.... But Justin ... clearly you were trying to convince yourself to keep it because on some level you love it (or at least like it a lot) or you would've asked this question in the Omega sub section.. ... for the money Jose is offering (or any Grey buyer right now), I'd keep it if anything just so I can sell it when the economy recovers for an extra grand or maybe two?? The bigger question for you is how you're going to cope with the 242 Gram 126619LB one day, and the 128 Gram Omega on the next without wrist shock! |

Keep the PAM. Those old eta ones are awesome (I have a 112) and getting harder to find in good condition with boxes and papers as time passes.
You can pick up a speedmaster anytime - I would just save a bit more cash and add it to the collection... |

I have worn the WG Sub two days in a row for 12 plus hours… lets just say the wrist does feel a bit of relief when I take it off :-) May be nice to wear a lighter watch every now and then! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I own both, and I can tell you there is definitely a difference on the wrist from the PAM and the Speedy!! I have a couple Speedy's if you ever get the itch ;)
