Orbita Rotorwind? Swing??
Putting aside whether or not to use a winder, does anyone have any views on the Rotorwind? It looks like a different mechanism that does some swing interval rather than a programable turn.
I am looking at a brownsafe with integrated watch winders and this is the standard module they apparently use. Not sure I will use them for anything more than holding my watches but curious whether these are good/bad/different and make any difference depending on the particular watches. Thanks. https://www.brownsafe.com/man-safe/index.html#orbita |

It's been a year since you posted but I have a Brown safe with winders and have a major problem with them. Junk.
The spindle attaches to the Cup (device that holds watch) by only 1/4 of an inch. The watch case is roughly 3.5 inches from the spindle.Heavy watches therefore hang and are not supported. They wobble, they fall off, etc. I'm furious and not sure what my next step is. |
