Which bracelet on silver snoopy?

Hello all,

What do you think suits the snoopy more?

All matte 3861 bracelet OR the 3861 bracelet with polished centre links?

Not my pictures :) 1231771-de73fbac4c816d3612a23058e75d6cc2.jpgIMG_20210408_221602535.jpg

If you are going to go with a bracelet, I think the one on the speedy moonwatch with the polished links is the best match. That being said, I realize the strap is very stiff at first, but in my opinion the blue strap brings out the color of the dial. I'll find out today when I receive my Snoopy. Plan to put the strap on an aftermarket deployant which I hope will help with the stiffness as well.

I've done the same with my bluesy, as well as having a deployant on it as well.

I opted for the polished after trying both on my Snoopy at the OB. Think little bit of polish matches the case.

Both are great, but I went fully brushed.

Fully brushed is the only way …… the other makes the watch to flashy you dont need that IMO

Agree that the polished center links adds additional “flashiness” to the watch, and there’s already enough to catch one’s eye.

That’s also one of the reasons why I went with fully brushed.

But again, both are nice on the watch and there really isn’t a “definitely” this or that is the only way here…

For me yes its the only way joke aside both are mega nice but polish center links take away the details from the case and dial

Precisely this. The brushed bracelet really makes the dial “pop”

And then there's the Forstner option...not nearly as nice as OEM.

Polished center links for me. I think it adds just the right amount of flash the watch deserves. The brushed center links just left me feeling, well, flat.

When I picked up my Snoopy, I had both bracelets placed side by side and the polished center links bracelet made the watch pop - the way it should be for a special release.

What is the process for getting a Snoppy? Talking with my AD he said he needs to write some sort of letter to Omega but he said he's never had any allocated. I've only spent about $25K with the AD so perhaps I'm not a big enough spender.

Coming in this late in the game your odds of getting this from an AD is very slim. Most AD's are not allocated this watch, only Omega Boutiques. And most OB's have a long waiting list or you have to spend a lot of money before they will allocate you one. Your best bet at this point is going grey. I just picked one up BNIB from a trusted seller for $5k over MSRP (after figuring the tax I would have had to have paid had I purchased from an AD/OB). I have purchased all of my previous watches from an AD. But I had to realistic about the snoopy in that my chances of getting one from an AD/OB was slim to none. And this watch is one of my grails. So it was spend above MSRP or not get it at all. And one last little tidbit. This watch may be discontinued soon. If this does in fact happen the prices on the grey market will only go up.
