Hello from the UK!
Morning guys,
New to the Forum & so glad I’ve come across it. The level of advice & knowledege on here is scone to none! Visited my local AD yesterday for the first time & experience was really good. They had a large amount of models on display & SA let me try them all on whilst being honest about availability & wait times. Put my name down for a Deepsea James Cameron as love the colour & weight of it, she said up to a year realistically but would try to get me one sooner. Also tried on a Sub Date, GMT Root Beer & Yacht Master. She said list was open for Root Beer & 1-2 year wait however closed currently for Pepsi/Batman; expecting those to open up again soon with 2-3 year wait. She also said I could put my name down for up to 3 models & when come in no obligation to buy? Thought this was strange so just put my name down for the Deepsea. Will let you know how I get on, probably find in 3 years I’ve got nowhere! |
